x This is a community event produced by the Portland Band Boosters. In addition to the numerous elementary, middle and high school music ensembles from the Portland Public Schools, the event also features various local musicians, bands and music ensembles from the surrounding area.
x Two Stages of music with performances all day long. Large ensembles perform on the Main Stage in the auditorium, while smaller and less formal ensembles perform on the Cabaret stage in the cafeteria.
x Free, Non-competitive performances feature all types of music and are open to individuals, groups, bands, and choirs. We only ask that rock bands send a demo tape.
x Crafts Show with over 30 venders from around Michigan displaying a large variety of arts and handcrafts.
x Merchants Raffle with donations from approximately 50 Portland area businesses contributing nearly $3000.00 in merchandise.
x 50/50 Raffle drawn multiples times during the day.
x Face painting by Portland High School band students and friends.
x Concessions are available in the cafeteria all day. Check out the ‘walking tacos!’
