Little Raiders Enrollment
Portland Public Schools is pleased to offer the Little Raiders Preschool Program, a FREE, high-quality PreK program available to all eligible Michigan families for the 2026-2027 school year. The program is part of Michigan’s PreK for All initiative and uses a research-based, state-approved curriculum designed to prepare children for kindergarten success.
Who is Eligible?
All Michigan families are encouraged to apply. The Little Raiders Preschool Program is:
- Available to all Michigan families regardless of income
- Open to children who will be 4 years old on or before December 1,2026
- Children who turn 4 on or before September 1, 2026 will receive enrollment priority.
- Children who turn 4 after September 1, 2026, but on or before December 1, 2026 will be enrolled as space allows.
How to Apply:
Families interested in enrolling their child must complete the preschool application to be considered for placement. Families are encouraged to provide the most accurate information possible when completing the application, as this information helps support enrollment and program planning.
