New Student Enrollment

While each school building will have some additional enrollment paperwork and information to collect, the documents included in the New Student Enrollment Binder are required for all students entering Portland Public Schools. The New Student Parent Checklist will help you stay organized with these documents. You will need to follow up with your specific school building's main office secretary to provide the additional documentation required and get any additional forms that may be needed, depending on the school building. Completed New Student Registration Forms can be printed and delivered in person to the appropriate contact below. Completion of the required forms and provision of documentation does not guarantee enrollment with the Portland Public School District.

In addition to the New Student Registration Forms packet, please complete one of the following forms for your student if they reside outside of the Portland Public School District. These are not required for residents inside the Portland Public School District.
