Health and Wellness

Welcome to the Health and Wellness page of Portland Public Schools! We believe that health and wellness are fundamental to creating a successful learning environment. As your district nurses, our mission is to keep students healthy, safe, and in the classroom where they can thrive. We support students with chronic disease management, provide care for acute illnesses or injuries, and provide education to staff, students and families.

Nurse Amanda serves Westwood Elementary, Portland High School, and PACE buildings, while Nurse Julia serves at Oakwood Elementary and Portland Middle School. We encourage you to reach out with any health or wellness concerns regarding your student(s).  We are here to help and are proud to serve the Portland Public Schools community.
